Hi, I’m Kirsty Millar and I’ve been an Active Schools Coordinator for several years in the Cumnock area which covers Barshare, Greenmill, Logan, Netherthird & New Cumnock Primaries.

My favourite activities are swimming (participated competitively until aged 16), exercise classes, golf & jogging.

My background is an Honours Degree from Glasgow University and a swimming teacher. While at university I was a lifeguard & sports coach and after graduating I worked for SportScotland for 5 years in different capacities.

Secondary School

Hi, I’m Lynsey Hogg and I’ve been an Active Schools Coordinator Secondary since February 2009. Cumnock Academy is one of the three schools that I work with.

My favourite activity is playing football for Hamilton Academical Ladies FC but I have a great passion for all aspects of sport.

My background is a degree in sports studies and for the last 9 years I was a sports coach for South Lanarkshire Leisure. I also spent some time working in Philadelphia, USA for 2 ½ – 3 months coaching multiple sports.
